Changeover from vitero essentials
to the upgrade vitero inspire

The following describes important information for existing vitero customers who are still using the predecessor version vitero essentials. The page explains how to ensure a smooth transition to the new generation vitero inspire and what you should know about it.

Our new generation vitero inspire continues to be expanded and will completely replace vitero essentials on the 1st of June 2021. vitero inspire is an upgrade, therefore existing contracts will continue to apply. Please note the product features and system requirements.

How to make the change?

The switch takes place in the following three steps for you:

Step 1: Gain experience with inspire
From 19 October 2020, you can select an inspire session instead of an essentials session in the booking tool. This allows your company – through a parallel operation – to gain first experiences with vitero inspire without having to switch completely immediately.

Step 2: Switch to inspire
When your company is ready, you can (from 19 October 2020 at the earliest) independently switch your client to inspire in the administration area of the Vitero Management System. After the changeover, inspire will be preselected in the booking dialogue. Thus: From this point on, all newly booked sessions will be inspire bookings, unless you explicitly deactivate the inspire checkbox.

Step 3: essentials is no longer available
From 1 June 2021, essentials will no longer be available. All bookings or booking links – including those already set up – will automatically lead to an inspire session from this date.
