With the number of corporate room licenses you can decide how many vitero rooms can be used by your organisation for internal and cross-organisational communication. The rooms are booked and users managed simply via the integrated Vitero Management System - or for any third-party systems via our web service interface. Vitero connectors already exist for a very large number of learning management systems.
The Corporate Café license model makes it possible to use vitero as a spontaneous meeting point, e.g. for self-organised learning for all trainees in a company; for the flexible exchange of a project consortium; for all trainers of a group who want to familiarise themselves step by step informally with the possibilities of live online learning; for associations that want to offer their members an easy way to exchange information with each other live and effectively in groups.
Each Named Moderator has his or her own virtual team room available, which is open to participants as soon as the named moderator is present in the virtual room - including vitero Outlook add-in, email template (also available for Lotus Notes). The personal space can optionally be protected with a session password. This license model is offered in units of 10. For small and micro businesses smaller units are available.
The concurrent user license model specifies how many users can be online in vitero rooms at the same time. Each concurrent user license includes an unlimited number of corporate room and corporate café moderator licenses. The concurrent users can thus be divided into any number of rooms. This license model is offered in units of 100.
