The preparation for meetings includes setting up a vitero session. A corresponding group is created, the session files (e. g. presentation) are uploaded, user accounts are created if necessary and the participants are invited to the session via e-mail.
If requested, a so-called technology check can be carried out with our support before a first vitero meeting or in the event of problems. Please feel free to make an appointment.
One of our support experts is with you at the beginning of you online session to take care of ideal audio settings and to solve minor technical problems such as an incorrectly selected sound card.
When integrating vitero into your company's IT landscape (on-premises or dedicated hosting) the configuration and consulting is for free. For the installation of servers on site or via remote including instructing the system administrator we provide you with an all-inclusive price.
For pilot and introductory projects, the customer can request a technical project manager.
Our team of consultants supports you with different services such as co-moderation, consulting and supporting chair persons.
Our IT experts pass on their knowledge to your internal support division. For this, we offer first level support training.
