Nothing is more annoying than having an important meeting but some participants cannot make it because they got stuck in traffic, their flight has been cancelled, or they missed their connecting train. Luckily, this cannot happen during an online session. Nevertheless, there are other factors to consider which can delay a meeting or might make it for certain persons difficult to attend. Small things such as an incorrectly plugged in headset of an inexperienced chair person, for instance, might cause a long delay of a meeting.

Our professional support team makes sure that this does not happen and your online session can begin on time and run smoothly.

The vitero support team consists of IT professionals located at vitero GmbH, you can reach directly and without long hold times. Our technical support personnel are specialized on solving problems in internet-based live communication and work with well-founded routine. The support takes places either by phone (German or English) or via remote support directly in the virtual team room.

Technical checks

In case you are facing problems during the selftest (a visit in 'My personal room' in vitero) or questions remain unanswered, users can contact our support team and make an appointment for a personal technical check or a group technical check. Our support team gladly gets in touch with you and makes an appointment with you.

Initial support

One of our support experts is with you at the beginning of you online session to take care of ideal audio settings and to solve minor technical problems such as an incorrectly selected sound card.

Further support services

Technical consulting

When integrating vitero into your company's IT landscape (on-premises or dedicated hosting) the configuration and consulting is for free. For the installation of servers on site or via remote including instructing the system administrator we provide you with an all-inclusive price.

Conceptional support

Our team of consultants supports you with different services such as co-moderation, consulting and supporting chair persons.

First-level-support trainings

Our IT experts pass on their knowledge to your internal support division. For this, we offer first level support training (pdf).
