Virtual Creativity Workshops

Nowadays, companies can only succeed in the (inter-) national competition with innovations. However, new ideas do not come for free – on the contrary. Innovation workshops, agency and creative divisions need time and thus also cost money in order to develop new ideas. Beside actual costs there are many ‘peripheral expenses’ to cover such as travelling expenses for the scattered agents, organizational expenditures, preparation of rooms, follow-up of workshops and processing of ideas (i.e., digitalization of results).

With us you find an organizationally easier, and thus time and cost saving solution to conduct creativity workshops. The participants join the virtual sessions from their regular place of work. The results of the online sessions exist in digital form and can be processed directly after the session. Thanks to virtual adjoining rooms and manifold moderation, collaboration and creativity tools, basically all popular creativity techniques can be virtualized, such as:

Splitting Up Into Teams

The participants split up into smaller teams by assigning an arrow.

Changing to Adjoining Rooms

With a mouse click the participants change to the correct adjoining room. Participant can switch freely between adjoining rooms. With the ‘megaphone‘ (audible in all rooms) the moderater can call back the participants into the main room.

6-3-5 Method

In the adjoining rooms the participants write down their ideas on cards. After three minutes, they change to the next adjoining room where another question is on display.

If necessary, creativity techniques can be spontaneously incorporated in regular work meetings – without any great effort. Tools such as the card query are at hand with a mouse click, already used materials can be made available for up-coming meetings without any extra effort. Moreover, external experts, employees and co-workers from other locations can easily and comfortably join if need arises.
