vitero Supporter

The advanced training to become a vitero supporter gives you the tools to answer typical support inquiries while vitero inspire is running. In the extensive online training you will learn how to answer common inquiries about connection problems, access to the room or audio problems. You will receive background knowledge and numerous examples with our first-hand experience.

  • Goal: Support requests can be resolved by email, phone and directly in the virtual space
  • Target group: IT staff, internal hotline staff, system administrators
  • Requirements: vitero basic training, in-depth knowledge of Windows

Ask for a training via our contact form.

  • Processing and resolution of typical support inquiries as part of a first-level support (usually connection and access difficulties as well as questions about audio)
  • Presentation of a proven standard process
  • Background knowledge and answers to emerging difficulties
  • Knowledge of the system requirements of vitero inspire (HTML5, WebRTC)
  • Succesfull completion of the vitero basic training
  • Basic computer skills (no previous knowledge of online communication required)
  • Windows PC or Mac with internet connection (at least 4 Mbit / s recommended for download and upload), PC headset, webcam (optional) *

* Please note the system requirements. Each participant is responsible for their own hardware.
