vitero co-moderator training (advanced course)

Background:

Taking advantage of a co-moderator allows to conduct a virtual meeting, training seminar or presentation without the actual moderator, tutor or presenter needing to be experienced in vitero. Particularly when large groups are involved or when viewers or spectators are part of the setting (vitero audience), we recommend to take advantage of a co-moderator, who is in charge of all ‚technical' aspects relevant during a virtual meeting.

Objectives:

• get to know and apply the most important requirements and techniques of co-moderation

Duration: 2 training units of 2 hours each

Number of participants: max. 4

Content:

• elaborating of what needs to be clarified between moderator and co-moderator to provide for a smooth and trouble-free virtual session,
• preparation of desktop as well as slides and documents to be integrated into the vitero session,
• exercises for dealing with group discussion control on the one hand and taking minutes on the other hand,
• ways and options for influencing the atmosphere of virtual sessions,
• ways and options for reviewing and optimizing virtual sessions.
