vitero cooperation provides a lot of helpful features for effective group communication and group work. With vitero cooperation, it is possible to show practically any application a participant has running on his/her computer to all other participants, no matter if we talk about a text document, a data sheet, a web page, or a special program such as, for example, a CAD application.

A participant can even manipulate an application or edit a document, if this application or document is not installed on that participant's computer, as vitero cooperation offers one of the most sophisticated application-sharing concepts known so far. Application sharing in vitero is possible in full-screen mode, with several windows being open at the same time, and without any technical impediments (for example, different resolutions of individual graphic cards don't matter due to automatic scaling).

Among other things, vitero cooperation allows to capture all kinds of information relevant for and in meetings, such as attendees list, voting results, postings made in text chat, gestures used by participants etc. Upon mouse-click each participant can open a personal electronic note pad. And for group discussion and brainstorming a card system (moderation and visualization technique known from face-to-face meetings) is offered.

vitero profi moderation

vitero profi moderation is the module for advanced vitero moderators. Decision-making processes can be assisted step by step using an elaborate preparation tool which allows for differentiated feedback queries.
Group-related queries can be prepared and documented in an ideal way. This is very helpful for point queries, voting, opinion overviews, free text queries and weighting in small discussion groups. For the intensive integration of large groups (e.g. comprising more than 100 participants), the tool is almost indispensable.

The module vitero profi moderation contains (among other things):

• one-point queries (scale, matrix)
• multiple-point queries (weighting, profile)
• free text queries (optionally with comment)
• categorizations, highlighting, sample solutions
• automatic log of all contributions
• anonymous contributions for authentic results
