vitero basic provides the basic functionality of vitero. With vitero basic, you can hold virtual meetings and other online sessions comprising up to twelve participants plus moderator.

vitero basic comprises the following features:

  • virtual conference table for up to 12 participants plus moderator,
  • personalised avatar for each participant,
  • a selection of gestures to be used for expressing consent, dissent, request to speak etc.,
  • audio communication via voice-over-IP,
  • text chat via speech bubbles,
  • virtual overhead projector,
  • useful features such as highlighting, arrow cursor, zoom, and full-view mode,
  • control of group communication and discussion according to token principle, by means of moderation or by push-to-talk; several audio channels can be open at the same time,
  • individually colored arrows for each participant,
  • role concept comprising three temporary roles (moderator, assistant, participant),
  • variable microphone volume level (can be set by moderator).

  • user administration including rights and roles concept,
  • electronic business card,
  • three roles for team members (moderator, assistant, participant),
  • team-specific file administration,
  • team room booking including automatic invitation of participants over e-mail,
  • connection with MS Outlook for automatic transmission of vitero session dates.
